I usually think of myself as being pretty savvy technologically, but I had the pleasure of spending a few hours in a session with Carolyn Jenkins on artificial intelligence and wow, I couldn't believe how easy it was. I had always been a little timid of it, didn't really understand it very well, and Carolyn just made it simple and made it make sense.
